One of the coolest apps on the iPhone is Shazam. This app identifies songs that are playing on the radio, tv, etc. I was having fun with it while waiting for the BNL show to start the other night.
I was using Shazam to identify the music that was being played in the venue. Even though I wasn't near a speaker source and there were people talking all around me the app was still able to name the songs being played.
I was pretty impressed. Later I tried to identify the songs while BNL was playing live but the app couldn't do it. I didn't think it would, so I wasn't disappointed.
